Announcement on Affiliate Payouts

Dear Affiliates,
We have a few announcements concerning this week's payouts

1- As some of you know, ePassporte has discontinued its Visa card program (see: http://www.xbiznewswire.com/view.php?id=124842). For your own protection, we have held off on all ePassporte payouts this week. Please contact us so we can arrange an alternative form of payment (Paypal, for example). Our goal here is to make sure that you get all your money in the safest way!

2- We have flagged some of the payouts this week as fraudulent, in line with the announcement we made about our fraud prevention policy. This is mostly based on feedback we got from our credit processors on certain affiliates using stolen cards/Paypal accounts to buy memberships. If you believe your payment was held unrightfully, please contact us with all your details and evidence of legitimate use so our fraud team can investigate. Again, most of our affiliates have nothing to worry about, as long as they are not abusing our service through these illegal methods.

3- As previously mentioned, all affiliates have received a 15% payout bonus this week.

Recent Fraud

Dear Affiliates,
We have noticed a high amount of fraud recently. Please note that any fraudulent transactions that are refunded by the processors (Paypal or Credit Card) will start to be deducted from the affiliate in question.

Also, we will ensure that affiliates who are committing fraud will not be paid at all. Finally, we will report all cases of fraud to the authorities.

This measure is to protect our good affiliates who work hard to generate their earnings from the affiliates who are simply abusing our system and defrauding the public.

Affiliate Statistics Update

Dear Affiliates,
To compensate for the lack of statistics & downtime from August 5th to August 11th, we will calculate the stats as follows:

* Aug 5th: we will pay Jul 29th SM stats +5%
* Aug 6th: we will pay Jul 30th SM Stats +5%
* Aug 7th: we will pay Jul 31st SM stats +5%
* Aug 8th: we will pay Aug 1st SM stats +5%
* Aug 9th: we will pay Aug 2nd SM stats +5%
* Aug 10th: we will pay Aug 3rd SM stats +5%
* Aug 11th: we will pay Aug 4th SM stats +5%

We hope that this is satisfactory compensation. We picked a good week on SM and compensated you an additional 5%, despite the fact that we did not sell enough premium memberships during those days. However, we understand that you might be frustrated with the lack of stats and with the downtime, so we are willing to take the loss. We really value the relationships with our affiliates, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

For those days, please note that detailed stats will not be available (only the $ payout will be shown). Moving forward, all stats will be collected properly. Also, if you actually earned more on any given day than our adjusted earnings (previous week + 5%), your actual earnings will be used for that day. This way, you will never lose anything through this compensation structure.

Finally, if any of you started uploading between Aug 5th and Aug 11th, please contact us by email so we can make special arrangements, as the compensation above will not yield anything for you.
